2026 Christmas in the Forest Gala Ticket sales are now open!  

Christmas in the Forest Gala is a special night to gather with friends and support Mission-driven programs of Providence.  Guests will have the opportunity to bid on exciting auction items, including beautifully decorated trees and wreaths, plus specialty items and unique experiences.  But the highlight of the evening is Fund A Need:  a chance to support and learn more about programs that support the poor and vulnerable in our community.

Guest Ticket is $250 per person; table of 8 is $2,000. Beginning September 1, Gala ticket is $275 per person; table of 8 is $2,200.
Patron Ticket is $350 per person.  Patron Table of 8 is $2,800.
(Patron level purchase includes larger donation above Fair Market Value.)
Fair Market Value of all tickets is $100 each.

Your choice from three entrée options:
Surf & Turf – Lobster tail with butter and Filet Mignon with garlic butter & Red Wine sauce; served with roasted new potatoes with roasted garlic, fresh herbs, sea salt & asparagus with roasted red pepper (GF)
Vegetarian – Wild Mushroom Ravioli with roasted garlic cream sauce, blistered tomatoes & fresh herbs
Vegan – Vegetarian Stack of steamed asparagus, grilled Portobello, Arborio rice, sauteed onions & peppers, impossible beef (plant-based), topped with roasted heirloom cherry tomatoes & fresh parsley; served with roasted new potatoes with roasted garlic, fresh herbs, sea salt (GF/DF)

Guest Rooms
There is a limited number of Family Suites offered at a special rate for Christmas in the Forest Gala guests only,
for one night (Sat., Nov. 21) only.  Must reserve prior to Sat., Oct. 17, 2026 for special rate.
     Rate:  $299.99 + tax  (no resort fee)
Family Suites include:
– 2 Queen beds and a pull-out sofa sleeper, refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave; sleeps up to 6 people
– waterpark pass included for every registered guest, up to 6 per room.
– 2 breakfast vouchers for Timbers Table & Kitchen (vouchers will be given at check in)
