Gala Registration

Christmas in the Forest Gala is a special night to gather with friends and support Mission-driven programs of Providence.  Guests will have the opportunity to bid on exciting auction items, including beautifully decorated trees and wreaths, plus specialty items and unique experiences.  But the highlight of the evening is Fund A Need:  a chance to support and learn more about the importance of Palliative Care, serving the most vulnerable in our community.

Guest Ticket is $250 per person.  Beginning September 1, tickets are $275 per person.
Table of 8 is $2,000.  Beginning September 1, tables of 8 are $2,200.
Patron Ticket is $350 per person.  Patron Table of 8 is $2,800.
(Patron level purchase includes larger donation above Fair Market Value.)
Fair Market Value of all tickets is $90 each.

There is a limited number of Family Suites offered at a special rate for Christmas in the Forest Gala guests only,
for one night (Sat., Nov. 22) only.  Must reserve prior to Wed., Oct. 22 for special rate.
     Rate:  $299.99 + $39.99 Resort Fee + 10% tax
Family Suites include:
– 2 Queen beds and a pull-out sofa sleeper, refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave; sleeps up to 6 people
– waterpark pass included for every registered guest, up to 6 per room.
– 2 breakfast vouchers for Timbers Table & Kitchen (vouchers will be given at check in)

Gala Menu Options

Surf & Turf – Duet of lobster tail with butter, and filet mignon with peppercorn, red wine demi-glace sauce. Served with a side of charred broccolini and smashed new potatoes with roasted garlic, fresh herbs and Boursin cheese.
Vegetarian / Vegan – Oven roasted bell pepper stuffed with a medley of corn, mushroom, tomato, and red onion, sauteed in garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Served with a side of roasted new potatoes with garlic and fresh herbs.
